At OHOParty, we are committed to delivering excellent service and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with every order. If you experience any issues with our services, we aim to resolve them promptly and efficiently. Please take a moment to review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellation:

• We understand that plans may change, so we allow cancellations within 5 hours of order confirmation. If you cancel within this window, you are eligible for a full refund.
• However, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after the 5-hour period.

Incorrect Details:

• If you provide incorrect contact information or an incorrect delivery address, or if you are unresponsive at the time of delivery, we will not be able to process a refund for your order. To avoid such issues, please double-check your details before confirming your order.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. If we issue a refund in the form of store credit, the amount will be credited to your account based on your bank’s policies.
• We strive to process all approved refunds within 7 working days from the date of approval.

2. Returns and Issue Resolution

No Physical Returns:

• Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept physical returns of food items once they have been delivered.

Order Issues:

• In the event of issues such as incorrect items, food spillage, or quality concerns, please contact us immediately. To assist us in resolving your issue, you may be asked to provide proof of the problem, such as photos or videos.

Approval Process:

• We review each issue and approval for resolutions such as refunds is based on the nature of the complaint. The final decision on the resolution will be determined at the vendor’s discretion.
